Reviews of Europa Hotel
Airy and compact room with a particularly good view of mountain from the window.
We had an amazing stay at a landmark building with clean rooms and central location. we would recommend this hotel.
Hotel was absolutely brilliant and very inviting, we appreciated this place.
The restaurant was pleasant for breakfast and restaurant, we ordered excellent dishes.
The hotel was in a great location, within walking distance of everything! The lobby and restaurant were beautifully decorated, especially during Christmas. The staff at reception and breakfast were lovely and provided excellent service. The buffet breakfast was the best I've had in a hotel, with a wide selection to choose from. They even offered vouchers at reception for a cheaper breakfast option, which was a great deal. The piano bar had a great atmosphere, even when it was packed due to a wedding.
One downside was that breakfast was not included in the price we paid, which considering the price of the room. I would have expected it to be included, especially since it was a quieter weekday.
The hotel was popular and clean with good views of the hills. The location of the venue was marvellous and top - approx 10-15 minutes' walk from City Hall. Besides, there was parking nearby.
The location was fabulous, within walking distance of all the main sights. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The beds were very comfortable and the room was well appointed. The breakfast in the Piano Bar was tasty and of good quality. The bar staff were friendly and helpful. The elevators were a new and efficient concept.
Nothing to dislike.
The location of this place is very central and the piano bar is a great offering. The proximity to Flame Restaurant is a huge bonus. The breakfast here offers fresh food that most people will enjoy.
The restaurant was nice for breakfast and restaurant, I tried wonderful dishes. The bed was comfortable, efficient staff on reception desk.
The hotel needed repairs.
I had a fantastic stay in this city center hotel. The cleanliness was impeccable, with super clean and comfortable rooms. The hotel facilities were top-notch, and the breakfast was a standout. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, making me feel welcome throughout my stay. The location was superb, close to the opera house, surrounding restaurants, and bars. It was also conveniently located near the Christmas Market, adding to the festive atmosphere.
The breakfast at Europa Hotel in Belfast was plentiful and satisfying, offering a variety of options including delicious porridge. Its prime location made it convenient, with the A o h Club just a short 10-15 minute walk away. Additionally, the hotel provided complimentary services such as 24-hour room service, laundry, and wake-up calls, which was a pleasant surprise.
The room here is very spacious, spotlessly clean, with smoke detectors and great views of the hills.
Superbly friendly staff, excellent views of the mountains, everything is second to none. The room is spotless and equipped with so much space, soundproof windows and coffee. The location is marvellous and fab in a modern area, next to the center of the city, central Belfast, and sightseeing and hop on, hop off buses. They have a great selection of meals to choose from, the food is delicious. I recommend if you are looking for incredible service.
The hotel was well-appointed and 1st class with responsive people who looked like manager. The decor of the brand-new room was nice and it was beautifully presented too. The location was convenient - ease of access to Grand Opera House. This venue was in a very very nice area very close to the railway stations & the bus stations, the restaurant next reception and the Europa for a coffee.
Convenient location. Comfortable beds and amenities. Vibrant atmosphere. Early check-in available. Excellent customer service.
Had a great stay in September and would stay again. The hotel was close to the bus and train stations, as well as central Belfast. Reached Frames in just 10 minutes by foot. The suite was airy and well maintained. The bathroom was huge. The bed was exceptionally comfortable. Some of the staff members were courteous and understanding.
