The hotel was in a great location, within walking distance of everything! The lobby and restaurant were beautifully decorated, especially during Christmas. The staff at reception and breakfast were lovely and provided excellent service. The buffet breakfast was the best I've had in a hotel, with a wide selection to choose from. They even offered vouchers at reception for a cheaper breakfast option, which was a great deal. The piano bar had a great atmosphere, even when it was packed due to a wedding.
One downside was that breakfast was not included in the price we paid, which considering the price of the room. I would have expected it to be included, especially since it was a quieter weekday.

The breakfast at Europa Hotel in Belfast was plentiful and satisfying, offering a variety of options including delicious porridge. Its prime location made it convenient, with the A o h Club just a short 10-15 minute walk away. Additionally, the hotel provided complimentary services such as 24-hour room service, laundry, and wake-up calls, which was a pleasant surprise.

Had a great stay in September and would stay again. The hotel was close to the bus and train stations, as well as central Belfast. Reached Frames in just 10 minutes by foot. The suite was airy and well maintained. The bathroom was huge. The bed was exceptionally comfortable. Some of the staff members were courteous and understanding.
