Staff were brilliant and we enjoyed our time there.
-
The location was charming, delicious breakfast and calm staff. It was fancy, relaxing room. I enjoyed that the poolside bar was exceptionally clean. Thanks to a very good service I had an exceptional stay.
-
The weather was fine, had warm stay. Irish bar and staff was very helpful. We had amazing breakfast with juice and a decaf coffee, as example provided. Came to visit a protestant cathedral, based not too far from the hotel.

I enjoyed my time there.
Very calm location, extremely efficient staff, solid hotel. The beds were exceptionally comfortable in the cosy bedroom. Generous breakfast, admirable service. Average restaurant provided local dishes.
-
We had a relaxing stay at this excellent central hotel. Favourable location and cheerful atmosphere. Our classic queen room was new-fashioned, with a large bed. It was fairly clean here, the staff were extremely friendly!
-
I enjoyed its reasonable location!
The place was exceptionally clean with a sympathetic staff. Absolutely great room, very fresh with marble-lined bathrooms. Classy reception. Besides, the parking was nearby.
-
The whole place was neat, I enjoyed it, and had exceptional location and facilities. I found there plenty of restaurants to eat, like Ginger Bistro that is only 5 minutes' walk away.
-
It is undoubtedly a superior option when in Belfast. Bar was pretty lovely. The view of the city was STUNNING.

Central location. Very very welcoming - excellent service from friendly professional staff. Lovely food. The most comfortable bed/mattress ever!!! Lovely clean room.

Location
Room was smaller than expected and rather warm during the night because air conditioning went off. For the price we paid I would have expected some form of breakfast and felt £16 for breakfast itself was rather expensive.

Location
Fire Alarm went off 3 times on the Friday.. Called Reception a number of times.. Could not get through.. Had to walk down from 9th floor.. Clean knocked at room door on Sunday morning before 10am.. Was an engagement weekend.. Wished I had of booked elsewhere to be honest ...

A comfortable stylish hotel with very good staff and excellent food. Also quite historic, for a modern building. Very convenient for city centre and transport links - rail, bus and air.
